Founders Story

Cece & Bear was created out of a love of making beautiful unique items. Established in 2019 as the first year of my maternity leave was coming to an end, I decided I wanted to stay at home with my son rather than return to my career of Fashion Buying. I wanted to still have a creative outlet where I could bring my love of design and creating beautiful products together with my new found love of the world of children. I'd always loved Liberty print, and the match made perfect sense.

In 2020 I closed after having my daughter and reopened in 2021 expanding the brand into a wider lifestyle product offer with a focus on sustainability, thoughtful living and heirloom pieces to last a lifetime. We make every attempt to reuse, buy recycled or use natural materials with a low carbon footprint. All packaging is 100% recyclable and energy sources renewable and we encourage you to take the slow option for delivery. Every consideration is given to reducing the guilt of being able to enjoy beautiful products that are a backdrop to your little ones childhoods.
