Most products are currently made to order so please take note of the leadtime stated on the homepage banner. We will endeavour to keep under this leadtime but it is an estimate and order volumes may impact it.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check the details and contact us if you notice a mistake or need to amend your order.

United Kingdom

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, the greenest option to deliver.

Standard shipping is 48 hour tracked

Express Shipping is 24 hour tracked

All charges will be calculated at checkout

International 

 

Due to carbon emissions and Brexit we ask that all international orders are placed via our Etsy stores as they offset this for us.

Sales Taxes and Duties

All orders are shipped with duties unpaid. Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs/duties and or VAT. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods, therefore we advise you to check your local customs tax and duty before placing your order, as these must be paid before the goods are released for delivery.

Please note, we are unable to refund the VAT charges due at the destination. If the charges are left unpaid, the goods will neither be delivered to your intended recipient nor returned to the UK.
